Registration Packets

If you would like to print individual pages of the pdf packet, you can do this easily by following these steps in your pdf viewer (Adobe Reader, etc):

  • Go to "File" then "Print"
  • Find the "Print Range" box and click the "Pages" tick box.
  • Comma separate the pages you want. For example, if you want pages 2, 4 and 5, the entry in the "Pages" box would be: "2,4,5".

Step One -- Update Demographic Info

  • Click on “For Parents”
  • Click on “Power School Parent Portal”
  • Type in Username and Password
  • Click: “Demographic Update” tab at top of the page to update all information including emergency contacts.
    • Please verify that all demographic information is correct, making changes as needed. Whether changes are made or not, please check the tick box (at the bottom of the page) and click submit when done with this page.

    Step Two -- Download and Fill-Out Forms

  • Download the applicable "Registration Packet" above.
  • There will be required forms in the packet. Please download, fill out required forms, and bring them with you during the Residency Dates.

    • Step Three -- Pay Student Fees

    Payments for school fees may be paid on–line ahead of time or in person during the above Residency dates only:To pay on-line:
  • Click on “For Parents”
  • Click on “Pay school Fees On-line”

    • *Please be sure to pay for all appropriate items for your child.Master Card, American Express, Discover and E-Check are accepted on-line. You may pay with cash at the time you prove residency. All fees will need to be paid at this time. (If you have had a NSF check we will not be able to accept checks from you.)Please bring a copy of your receipt showing what you paid for when you come to prove residency in July.

    *If you need a fee waiver or lunch waiver they will be available during Residency Days. It is your responsibility to completely fill out these forms and bring the necessary information requested for approval. Any incomplete forms will be returned and you will be expected to pay for fees at this time. Any fee waivers that are denied or reduced will also need to be paid for at this time.

    Step Four -- Hand-in Forms/Prove Residency

    • Visit Culver during the following Residency Times to prove residency and hand in any required forms:
      • July 6, Tuesday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
      • July 7, Wednesday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
      • July 8, Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
      • July 12, Monday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
      • July 13, Tuesday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
      • July 14, Wednesday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
      • July 15, Thursday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
